Online Pilates Dancer Flow with The Dance Collective

ONLINE ONLY! Connect mind to body and body to core; we will flow through a series of Pilates exercises, focusing on alignment, centering, and stretching while we strengthen our whole body. All you need is you and a mat. Theraband/arms weights/foam roller are optional props but not mandatory.
