Guidelines
As part of our agreement in working together, it is important that your organization takes the following steps throughout the grant period:
The Grantee will acknowledge the support of the Greater Hartford Arts Council in all promotional materials (brochures, posters, programs, flyers, banners, newsletters, media releases, etc.) with the Greater Hartford Arts Council logo and the approved language below.
For promotion on online platforms, the Grantee will display the Arts Council logo with a link to LetsGoArts.org. Social media promotion guidelines are listed below.
If program booklets, digital sponsor boards or other promotional opportunities are available please contact (ppita@letsgoarts.org) and provide ad specs and due date for submission.
For in-person public events related to the program, display the Arts Council banner. Contact MLenzzo@letsgoarts.org to arrange banner pickup at least 2 weeks prior to your event date to ensure banner availability
Grantee will submit all public events throughout the grant period on the Arts Council’s on-line calendar at www.LetsGoArts.org/Calendar
Grantee will submit a report of the project, performance, or event to the Arts Council detailing any promotions including all social media analytics to the Arts Council’s grant portal.
