Born and raised in Connecticut, Zaccai Curtis is one of the most respected voices in modern jazz. A dynamic performer, composer, and producer, his music blurs borders and breaks boundaries. Whether leading the Zaccai Curtis Quintet, co-anchoring the Afro-Caribbean powerhouse Sonido Solar, or dropping his next evolution of sound in the upcoming album Sonoluminescence, Zaccai’s name is synonymous with innovation.

He’s shared stages with legends—Santana, Cindy Blackman, Christian Scott, Eddie Palmieri—and he’s not just playing jazz, he’s shaping its future.
