About the All Season Event Grant Program
This granting program is part of Hartford Creates, an ambitious partnership program between the Greater Hartford Arts Council and the City of Hartford to invest in and support arts and cultural organizations and events that highlight our capital city’s vibrancy and creativity, put creative workers back to work and help drive economic recovery post-pandemic. All Season Event Grants support arts-focused, community events happening in the City of Hartford that are free or low cost to the public. These grants promote Hartford as a 4-Season City, highlighting the capital city as a year-round destination with rich arts and cultural offerings. With events occurring in all four seasons, this funding will support event organizers and support economic recovery of the industries that benefit from consumer spending that occurs when individuals attend arts and culture events, including restaurants, retail, parking, and transportation.
Events must be free or low cost to audience members, as well as accessible to the general public. Events must take place in the City of Hartford. Applications will be accepted from June 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023. Award notifications will happen 3 times during 2022.
