Live Music in the Lobby at Hartford Stage

Description of the Event: 

On multiple dates throughout winter and spring 2023, Hartford Stage will invite the public into our lobby to enjoy free live music from local musicians.  

This event series is intended to serve multiple purposes: to establish Hartford Stage as a welcoming civic destination for the downtown area; to cultivate our institution’s relationship with local artists; and to grow our theatre’s audience by increasing the public’s familiarity with our space.  

Attendees at these events will enjoy live music at no cost in Hartford Stage’s welcoming and comfortable lobby. Although it’s not required or expected, we hope that some guests will choose to purchase tickets for and stay to enjoy the production onstage immediately following the end of the live music at 8pm.
