Rules for Theater Week’s Passport to the Stage Drawing October 1 - October 14, 2023
Theater Week Passport to the Stage
Are you ready for an incredible opportunity to win not just one, but three amazing prizes? The Great Hartford Arts Council Theater Week is thrilled to present our Passport to Broadway Drawing, where the more you attend our Theater Week events, the greater your chances of winning! And the best part? No purchase is required to enter!

The Passport to Broadway Drawing is open to all individuals aged 18 and above. Participants must attend at least one Theater Week event to be eligible for the drawing.

To enter the Passport Drawing, participants must scan the Passport QR code when attending any of the participating theaters from October 1 - October 14. QR posters will be at each theater location. Once you scan the QR code you must complete the form on the Passport landing page. NOTE: Your form must be filled out with accurate personal information, including name, email address, and contact number, each time you attend an event. Each Theater Week event you attend will earn another opportunity to enter the Passport Drawing to win one of the amazing prizes.

Winner Selection: The winners of the Passport Drawing will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place within one week after the conclusion of Theater Week. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their Passport Form
Claiming Prizes: To claim their prizes, winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours and provide any additional information requested by Theater Week. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification, and another winner will be selected.
