Description: Hartford’s signature event celebrates 32 years in Bushnell Park welcoming guests to bring their picnic baskets, and lawn chairs to enjoy vendors and performances from Hall High School Jazz Band and groove through the star-studded weekend featuring Eddie Palmari, Take 6, Blackbyrds, Tony Succar, Paula Atherton, Special EFX All Stars and many more.
