JDPP presents ‘In the Presence of Trees: Autumn’ on October 16, 2022 (rain date Oct 23) in Farmington River Park, Bloomfield CT at 3:00 pm. Featuring JDPP Ensemble dancers and Mashpee Wampanoag tribal song carrier and musician, Kitty Hendricks-Miller (Neenaweetah), this site-specific performance is an all-new seasonal installment of JDPP’s exploration of trees and environmental justice. Become one with the forest and the performers as they welcome the autumnal transformation. Tickets are free, with donations supporting the performance series. Advanced registration is required.
