The Connecticut Forum presents: "Life in 2042"

  • The Bushnell 166 Capitol Avenue Hartford, CT, 06106 United States (map)

Take a journey with us as we look ahead to the year 2042 with a panel of futurists, tech experts, scientists and researchers. Our panel will identify and explain the impending trends that will impact how we work and live. This fascinating discussion will answer questions like: How will we communicate and interact with one another? What effects will new technology, climate change, global trends, medical advancements and cultural changes have on our day-to-day lives? How will we work and live? What are the different futures we can imagine for ourselves? And how will the decisions we collectively make now impact those possibilities?

Featuring futurist and NYU professor Amy Webb, MIT Media Lab's David Kong, augmented reality pioneer Helen Papagiannis, and moderator John Dankosky.

As an added benefit, all ticketholders have the option to attend this Forum in person at The Bushnell, or watch remotely via a livestream link.
