Tony Trischka is a banjo virtuoso, songwriter, and educator -
and a warm and engaging performer!

From his solo debut, Bluegrass Light (1974) to his 2021 release, Shall We Hope, Tony has explored the possibilities of the banjo on 20+ albums.

He was music director on the 2011 documentary, Give Me the Banjo, which has aired on PBS stations across the country. He has also performed on A Prairie Home Companion, Mountain Stage, and From Our Front Porch.
